Our 30-Day Defect Guarantee

Every Campground Mafia item is printed to order just for you. If your item arrives with a manufacturer defect, we'll make it right.

What's covered

Within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace or refund any item that arrives with a manufacturer defect, including:

Misprinted, faded, or flawed designs
Damaged items, holes, or bad seams
The wrong item, size, or color compared to what you ordered

How to make a claim

Email campgroundmafia@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the defect.
That's it. You don't need to send the item back.

Once we confirm the defect, you can choose a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement of the same or a similar product. We cover the shipping on all replacements.

What's not covered

Because every item is custom printed to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Normal wear and tear, and damage from washing outside the care instructions, are not covered.
